I wont touch RTTS since they removed the created players from DD, but if I did, i still wouldnt make a female character. I typically play female characters in almost all of the games i play, but this is baseball. However, I do think it is great that players can play how they want to play. Any options that give freedom to the players is good in my opinion.

I'm making one this weekend... I'm highkey tempted to make Ginny Baker (played by Kylie Bunbury) from Pitch, as well as other women characters that played baseball in movies... the girl from Bad News Bears, League of our Own (the movie and the Amazon Prime series) and the girls from Sandlot... I still remember having a run from MLB 14 The Show through at least 16 with the Major League guys - Rick Vaughn, Ed Harris, Pedro Cerrano and Willie Mays Hayes... I think the longest I went was Rick Vaughn... won 3 World Series, 3 Cy Young and I think at least one MVP... fun times.
I think I'm going to start with my woman character(s) that I have made in UFC, WWE 2K and NBA 2K... "Sweet Aroma" and "Pretty Savage".

I have two so far: a pitcher named Stephanie Costellano, who is currently a starting pitcher for the Iowa Cubs, and a two-way player named Katie Shepard, who plays RF and occasionally pitches for the Worcester Red Sox. Stephanie is struggling a little at the AAA level, but Katie is expected to make it to Boston by the end of the season. (Manager has already told her she's hitting like Ted Williams, so I'm hopeful.)

I have 2. Created my wife in the game based on her softball days as a catcher and created a random one as a two-way player.

My daughter is STOKED to make one! Great way to grow the game. Hopefully some day it'll happen IRL as well!
