Stuck on Diamond Dynasty on my PS4

I am having issues on my PS4 on Diamond Dynasty, it says add pack but there's nothing there. Please help.

I had pack problems earlier myself. Was hyped to open my 1st Jumbo pack because I didn't know what it was. Never heard of a Jumbo pack. I just knew there was going to be a shiny diamond in there. I opened that thing and pulled like 18 free agents. Jumbo Waste of Time!
