Captains next year

I don’t really use the captain but I’ll chime in since I half agree. Agree on the parallel level. That would give incentive to use them longer. Disagree on them working off the bench. I think the point is for them to help you by being on the field with you. The thing they need to fix is them still working after being removed from the lineup.

Funny you should mention that, there is a PS hitters captain in the game, but he is on a team that didn't make it so is not useable (also a set 1 card so even if his team was in,still couldn't for the H2H stuff).

They should have Captains for certain Series.
Captains for LS cards (not just set LS teams/players). If I want to run a full squad of LS players; then I want a pitching and hitting captain that boosts ANY LS card I play.
Same with MA and TN.
If I want to run a squad with the best, imo, MA or TN, players in it; I want a hitter and pitcher TN and MA Captain that will boost ANY player. Not just that month's players.

Couldn’t agree more. And I’d add that they should all be Core should we continue with sets and seasons.

Captains are fairly useless whilst Sets are being used.
Keep captains. Get rid of sets.

I’ve said this numerous times, but will put here as well.
No negative numbers on captains either. They add value to the team, not take away.

Honestly I could deal with the DD format if the other main modes weren't so stagnant they definitely need a revamp for 24 and beyond
