PS DS Program Players Missing?

I know that Cody Bradford was added to the roster for the Rangers, and he is in the list of relievers for the Postseason: Division Series Tasks. But as far as I can see, we aren't getting a card for Bradford. Which card are we supposed to use? His LS card? Please tell me that I'm blind and just not seeing the card.
For hitters, we are missing cards for Santander and Julien. (They are also in the list).

They aren't required. They are in the list of players that can be used to do the missions.
