They won't give out the rewards. To many people would complain. They'll just say that people shouldn't have waited until the last few days to play the Event.

I'm sure that if they're able to have it fixed by the weekend, they will. It's in their financial best interest to get the server issue fixed as soon as they can.
At least they're losing out on revenue with this gaff (small consolation, I know).

This is awful… can someone explain why we have to be online to play mini seasons? I’m like most of you and I play on my switch while I’m at work or when commuting to work. I get obviously why we can’t play online with the servers down but stuff against the cpu should be able to be accessed. Does anyone know why we have to be online for offline game modes?

This is very frustrating with the new content coming out today. At the very least, an updated ETA for the servers getting back up would be appreciated.

I wonder what amount of us switch players there is. People act like we a very small group. There doesn’t seem to be many of us vocal about it anyway. Doubt they are losing enough to hustle with it.

I think there are more than you think, we are just all spread out complaining in different areas. Reddit has a few threads, we have a couple within this forum, and the Twitter posts seem to have the most pointing out the issue on the Switch. Additionally, consider that the Switch is geared more towards ages that don't necessarily have social media than the other consoles. I have an 11 year old son that also plays and if not for me also playing he'd have no way of voicing his complaint.

Honestly I probably play the game more on my Switch Lite than my PS5, this is getting silly that it is taking this long. I guess I'll be playing more Madden 24 franchise this weekend than The Show if they don't get the Switch working,

Not sure that’ll do you much good. I was having issues with PGA due to the EA servers.

SDS: Servers do suck. They dont care about the servers, they care about hyping the new programs and diamond duos in their social media

Time? They can't give that because they don't know how long it will take to troubleshoot any type of potential fix.
That they're still working on it? One would assume that if it's not working; they're still working on a fix.
So what kind of update could they give?
Why are you so fricking rude? As customers we have a right to ask questions and expect reasonable responses. If it's a maintenance, then give us warning. If it's down due to something else, they will respond when they can.
There's no reason to be rude or dismissive to players who post their concerns or frustrations.
