I just waited an hour with my buddy so we wouldn’t get a cooldown penalty. One, why. Why am I waiting an hour ? Because my cooldown penalty for a lag off in Co Op will be even longer. San Diego Studio that has to be the most urgent fix. Just get rid of the cooldown. The lag is fine, I will even take a lose. The cooldown is crazy and the game is not sturdy enough to support something like that. This is something y’all know about and choose not to address or are too incompetent to come up with a reasonable solution. Possibly incompetence regarding the original make up of the mode. Regardless someone has to fix this or at least touch base with the community on why it hasn’t been fixed.

Ya it’s broken, the game lags out. At which point you either wait for your opponent to quit or you yourself quit. The cooldown penalty is applied to whomever quits the game. The problem is that there’s no other option other then for one person to accept a cooldown penalty. There must be another option if the penalty is applied. That is why it is broken.
