ok they got lucky. But if you are on and they press the button it is highly likely you will not receive awards.

Yeah - my son and I were both on. We both then restarted the game (2 consoles) and I got my packs but he didn’t. Makes total sense SDS…..

Did not receive mine either. Was not on game when TA 3 launched let alone on Diamond Dynasty. Have restarted multiple times and nothing.

Didn't receive anything either. The game is full of Ls. A long time player but it's almost time to retire this game from my list, unfortunately. Most of the improvements to the game are for SDS not us, it feels like.

So tickets do work as I submitted a ticket for my son’s account and today they fixed it and gave him the rewards. Every now and then, thank you SDS!

I know one of the members of the dev team was in one of the threads and he stated he was working through the thread to see what issues some people were having... I know personally I was in Diamond Dynasty and initially I didn't get my headstart rewards but once I backed out of DD and went back in I saw my stubs increase to the amount that I was supposed to get... fortunately for me I was on "0 stubs" after a buy order went through so I was able to easily see that I got my rewards... I have a feeling some people got their rewards and just didn't notice but I'm sure there are some accounts that legit didn't get them based off the response that the dev gave and that thread and then I started seeing other people comment in the thread that they finally got their rewards. I guess the easiest way to tell is looking to see how much XP you have at the start of a season before starting to grind again and if you are at 0 xp back out of DD and go back in... we are like 3 or more weeks in now so that won't help this season but definitely for season 4 take a look at your xp before you start grinding and see if you got the amount you were supposed to get... I guess if you don't get it after backing out of DD or exiting the game completely then jump in a thread and/or send a ticket right then and there... that's the only thing I can think of... other than that after you do that just play the game and hope for the best... obviously getting the rewards is a nice headstart to the new season and you should be rewarded for your previous grind... getting these headstarts was definitely a welcome surprise and people should get everything that SDS is offering.
