PLEASE FIX PROGRESS ON PREV GEN

As a player that likes to rotate between PS5 & Nintendo Switch consoles to play, I find it tedious and annoying to not be able to see updated progress in DD while playing on switch; player progress is viewable, but program is not. Can this be addressed please???
