My apologies if this is redundant

Just played an event game where my opponent used POTM Ohtani out of the pen and after nearly 50 pitches, he still had over half his energy.
Is this the newest glitch people are taking advantage of now?

yep, that's the one

FFS! Is it that difficult to play a video game w/o having to use some sort of glitch to gain an advantage! It's a F'N video game.

I agree. SDS needs to fix a great number of issues. Preferably, concentrating on those that effect game play and can be used in an unfair manner.

Unfortunately, SDS rewards cheaters, so, the rise of the cheesers is a byproduct of this online.
Don't look for them to fix this anytime soon, as the excuse will now be "we're beginning to focus on 24", which translates to "too bad, so sad".
They haven't fixed the massively overpowered bunts in over a decade, so if that's an indication, I would say no. It doesn't cost SDS any money lost via sales and their beloved microtransactions, so they don't care.

Apparently it is. Been several suggestions on here including removing secondary positions from these players (not sure this would work but I would think removing secondary positions would make them pitchers only and that should have them reduce stamina like normal), removing them from ranked, not allowing sp's to be brought in for relief, etc.

Those who bunt all the time irritate me to no end. Even in bunt defense, you always end up getting some stupid animation where neither the pitcher, 2nd baseman, or 1st baseman can decide who should field the ball and everyone is safe. So frustrating.

They could very easily fix that too. In real life most bunts go about 3 feet at a very deadened rate. In this game the ball rockets off the bat with the same speed as a regular swing and goes at least 45 feet. I had a guy last week who successfully bunted with Pudge Rodriguez on a ball that was at least 2 feet out of the strike zone, and very close to the body of the batter.
In real life (that's what all the white knights of SDS like to say) that would never happen, especially with that batter.
