Custom league vanished

We have an active league, 15 teams and are 3/4 of the way into the season. This morning was met with an unhandled server exception and a custom League that has vanished. Has anyone else seen this today? This happened last year and was a complete and royal pain in the [censored] to rebuild. Is there a place to submit ticket? One that will actually be seen? For active custom League organizers this really is disheartening.

This happened to us in season 8. And it jjsy happened to our “EML AAA” league

Exactly. The show support team needs to implement backup and save feature. All the stats and standings are gone and this is a huge problem if you have a reputable league. I know custom leagues is not their priority but this isnt acceptable.

I have recreated the league that got deleted. Spent hours. So unhappy about this because now the records are back to zero and i have to use paper to track standings and excel to track stats.
