Never received my purchased stubs

Yesterday I purchased stubs during the stub sale and have yet to receive them. I bought them through the Microsoft website since I was directed there through the show website and I was away from my console at the time of purchase. After it was made, I never received my stubs and I have checked both the companion app and website. The purchase is shown on both Microsoft and bank account so I’m lost at this point. Contacted SDS but haven’t heard anything yet. Any solutions?

Maybe you bought them on a different MS account than what your game is on?
I had something similar happen with the 15K HRD pack (not a wrong account, I used the web to purchase and it didn't show up). It took them a few days to get back to me, but I got my pack after a couple of email exchanges.

Put in a bug report, there is a category for not receiving stuff,state what happened, they are usually pretty quick with these.

It was my main account so I have no idea.

I’ve done that as well so I guess I’ll just have to wait and see
