His MA card not counting his IP for the program. His K's are counting though. I sent a ticket in yesterday about it, but they stopped looking at my concerns last year. So if someone else notices this happening if you could put in a ticket so it can get fixed.

Brother, I feel you. I’ve never managed to get anything more than a canned message confirming receipt on every type of feedback I’ve ever submitted so far but I’ve only been trying for a year so I still have hope.
What’s odd to me is when I’ve seen posts from players stating they were referred to us here at the forum for a potential solution! First, of course, I’m covetous of how they got a response in the first place…but secondly, I can’t understand why they wouldn’t have someone or two with SDS to communicate with us via the forum simply to establish a presence on here so that at the very least there would the exchange of information.
Well, I have seen some posts that have SDS credentials but not so many anyways. It would help with some of the speculation that arises and often descends into nastiness, which is good for nobody

They used to have active sds tech guys in here in previous years that would answer some questions or give updates on issues they were working. I agree the radio silence on everyone's tickets and questions is very frustrating.

I thought I was crazy when I noticed something was wrong yesterday. I went into a conquest game needing 3 innings and pitched 1 with him and 2 with the Diamondbacks reliever.
Looked after the game and I still needed 1 inning pitched. Thought maybe I was just bad at math and screwed something up lol

Same thing happened to me I noticed using him doesn’t count towards IP for the monthly awards program….

I'll just use 3 relievers. 3 innings each to play it safe after I get the remaining Guidry points I need.

Yeah I just used him and noticed the same thing...probably a glitch
