How do I get my head start rewards if I didn’t receive them ?

For starters, did you complete the required programs to earn the head start rewards?

if you are logged into the game when they "press the button" you won't get them you must not be on diamond dynasty. it happened to me because I was on DD when they went live its a glitch they dont know how to fix.

I got mine this season! After not getting them last season and after many support tickets put and still never got them. Also my RS started off at the right spot this time.
