New card Pedro Martinez that just came out is a 90 pitching captain. Randy Johnson should be eligible he pitched in the 90s but he doesn't show up for me to select as starter. Bug? Or am i messin it up?

Lee Smiths career 1980-1997 gets boosted by Pedro but Randy Johnson having pitched from 1988-2009 doesn’t? That makes no sense.

His top card has an age of 37. What year would that be? I could be wrong, but I think 2000.

The Big unit version would be 2001 and beyond but his Captin card should be eligible

SO F’ING STUPID!!! Randy Johnson, Roy Halladay, Eric Gagne, Billy Wagner, Tom Henke & Mariano Rivera are not eligible…How F’ing LAME!!!
And yes, I see why in the comments here…But it’s still F’ING STUPID!!!!

This happened back in set 1, mays 50-60s captain boost didn't apply to the Musial card from team collect because the card was from the 1947 season.

If they're going to keep doing this, they should put the years for the card on the card itself. I shouldn't have to Google Randy Johnson to figure out what season the card is from based on his age.

Exactly. I mean it’s not like we have their birth year burned in our memory and only some cards, like if it says xxxx All Star, have years on the front of the card.
