Why are my custom logos not appearing?

My logos for my uniform and scorebug logo don't appear anymore. They used to just go away randomly in Mini Seasons, but now it's happening in Conquest and Play VS CPU all the time. Why is this such an issue?

I noticed that. On the bright side we’ve never had entire teams vanish like Madden.

For me I've noticed it's after I do any moments. If I do a moment and then do any other mode my logo is gone but it does comeback. Sadly it's a problem for 3 releases that goes unfixed.
