Manager does not tell me to steal

I'm a catcher on the pirates I never get asked by my manager to steal I just do it on my own is there a setting on the game that the manager will tell you to steal.

If you have quick counts off, then the manager will not tell you to steal. It is always your choice with that.

I am not playing this years game, but I believe you go into the game settings on the main page, find options and there you should find quick count. Sorry I can't be more helpful.

Feels like they did away with that... but then again I don't play with Quick Counts on when I'm on base. I have it set for every pitch when I'm on base, although last year I think with the same setting the manager would still sometimes give me the "steal" prompt.

I like that they did away with it though because it was annoying being told to steal especially when you create a pure slugger... the guy I have now would also get reamed by the manager for the amount of times I got caught stealing as there are times where I'll have a mental lapse (usually from multitasking with my phone or a show that I'm streaming or just simply thinking of what I'm doing next once I finish my gaming session).

I wish the lower difficulties weren't as easy as the are though... kind of wanted to gradually increase the difficulty with each promotion and these AA stats are looking insane.
