“Challenges Failed” in ranked seasons

Anyone have this issue? I’m getting a challenge failed error when trying to load into 1 vs 1 ranked seasons. Looking through the internet I’ve found maybe one person that’s had the same issue and it seemed related to my wifi network but I have good connection and have even created a new network to see if that will work and it did not. Any help please

if you have looked online and only found one person with that issue you must have looked for like 10 seconds.
