Invalid user token

I preordered the game and I can do everything except get online. When I log into my PS account it shows it’s linked to my MLB account, but if I try to open the dashboard it says “sorry something went wrong.” Now if I try to open my dashboard while on my MLB account it says “access denied due to invalid user token.” I opened a ticket back at launch and another one a week ago. All they said either time is sorry that happened we’ll look into it and I never heard anything else. I didn’t receive a message telling me I was banned plus I haven’t been online once yet.

If you’re using only one console brand, un-link your accounts and use the PS one. I’m only on PS myself and linking accounts seem to provoke some esoteric stuff.

I don't get to have my stats recorded on the leaderboard with my invalid token error.

So I'm trying to access ratings updates from this URL: https://mlb22.theshow.com/roster_updates/22
Go the pulldown and try and bring up MLB23 ratings updates.
I get this error message:
An error occurred!
Access is denied due to invalid user token.Please login with your console platform account here. If the issue persists, please contact our support team here.
Sometimes I am able to access and others no.
Don't have any hair left so I can't pull it out.
