Mini Seasons still special

Ok, most of you know I’m pretty positive about this game. I guess you could say I’m still in my honeymoon phase with The Show. Call me an SDS apologist or even a shill, but I genuinely like this game.
But……. It’s June in a few days and Mini Seasons is still a hot mess of glitches. This game has been out 2 months and there are still no filters in Mini Seasons. The stats are still totally made up- example- I started this MS and my lineup had a bunch of arbitrary stats. Jazz hits two home runs in the first two games and now he’s magically batting .000. Stamina gets attributed to the wrong player every few games - I just pitched 2 innings with Loup and it burned Alvarez. These are just a few examples.
Like last year, they seem to have ironed out the major glitches like the invalid roster, “sorry you wasted 6 hours playing 20 games and now have to start the season over issues.” And just set it and forget it with the rest. Admittedly, these really aren’t earth shattering. I will say, I loved the idea of stat tracking and awards when they introduced it, but so far it’s a feature that doesn’t work. How can my guy win MVP if he is hitting .000 after hitting 2 Home runs? I wish this would be a working feature with a few add. Win Cy Young, MVP or a batting title on AS or better and get_______. Either make it work, or don’t advertise it as a feature.
Anyway, do you think there will ever be fixes for these things?

Nail on the head. It seems very strange they haven’t fixed these things. It doesn’t seem like it would be that hard to fix them. I can’t stand that quick play doesn’t work either. At this point I feel like they’ll never fix it.

honestly ever since this game mode was introduced it has had issues. I think it was certainly ambitious and I like what SDS wanted to execute but either the programmers or the game's code itself is simply not quite up to snuff. Don't get me wrong I enjoy this game but sometimes I rather have some of the older things like playing each MLB teams "god squad" in moments (or we could've put it as a conquest map so stats counted) instead of trying new things that end up being completely broken like mini seasons or things the loud part of the community seems to hate like showdowns.

This mod is glitchy i just mindlessly play it though for the vouchers dont pay attention to the stats and awards etc

Good points by all. And I’m with you, I just play through this mode now to get my vouchers and PxP, just wish it worked as intended. Or wait…that was a bad thing huh?

One pitcher threw 799 innings and won cy young,stamina is a mess since my Gagne somebow has max stamina and doesn’t get tired lol. Also games take too long with the delay and new camera angles you have to mash x to get through. Come playoff time having to hold x 3 or 4 times to just get to be able to play a game. I’m pretty sure too they’ve stopped updating teams it seems since the glitches of invalid rosters. Ideally like road to the show you should be able to just hop right into the next game in the series
