I think it's just odds tbh. If you play coop 2v2, that's 3 people that have to be on your platform. And 5 in 3v3. I would imagine there are more PS players maybe, but not that big of a difference

you are on this forum all the time - just add guys on here who are cool to speak with - i have done this and several in this forum we do co-op it's a blast
Make sure they’re in your side of the country. I played with a guy here and we froze 2 out of 3 times. I was east coast and he was west coast. Pretty sure that had something to do with it because I’ve played with someone I know on east coast and every game has been fine.

How does that mode work anyhow does one do the pitching and fielding and one do the batting

Most games are NOT like this. I play crossplay on COD & Halo and never have any problems. I think SDS is still just trying to figure it out.

i appreciate what you're saying but not true for my experience - i am playing with a forum guy here who lives in california and i am on east coast too - we have never had an issue and have ruined many kids in co-op it's a blast

It rotates. If we were doing co-op, id pitch 1st inning while you play the field. You pitch the 2nd inning, i play the field etc. When batting, it just rotates normally per batter. You, me, you, me etc.

If you get a penalty for quitting then create a party and invite a friend to join your game and you can play coop again during the cooldown

Most games are NOT like this. I play crossplay on COD & Halo and never have any problems. I think SDS is still just trying to figure it out.
How nice of them to charge 70-100 dollars every year while they "figure it out".
