Challenge failed screen in online games for 3 weeks

I haven’t been able to play online games for about 3 weeks now. Every time I try and get into a game it will find an opponent and then the challenge failed screen will pop up. Someone said it’s because i’m banned but nothing notified me that i was banned and I haven’t done anything to get banned. Does someone know why it’s doing this and how to fix it.

I don’t have a fix, but supposedly this problem has been consistent with people that have T-Mobile as there internet provider. Do you have T-Mobile by any chance? If so that could be the problem. Just trying to help
