Team affinity mini seasons

Hey everyone,
I am new to game and trying to understand how everyone does mini seasons to complete team affinity. Can someone just give me the basics? Do you load up on players from one team? Do you load up on players with missions for that division? Just looking for the best way to do mini seasons. Apologize if this has been asked or explained before. -
I do the 3 division conquests first to get a bunch of packs with players to use for missions.
Then make sure your doing the team affinity 2 mini season for the vouchers. Priority goes to players with missions. Once you get all your guys with missions in the lineup, fill in the roster with future stars to go after the goals for free packs.
When you're getting further in team affinity and completed most missions then start loading up on one team. Look first to see what teams are close to completion. Pitchers gain pxp the quickest.

I do the moments and conquests to get players for every division and then just grind their missions, unlock more, grind those and then work on team build pxp

Yeah. By the time you have moments and conquest done, you'll have players from every division unlocked. Grind their pxp in mini seasons and as you finish those missions and unlock more cards, plug those into your lineup, rinse and repeat.
