I was playing a ranked game against someone i think was a hacker and all of the sudden the game ends and now my servers are down. what can i do to fix it?

If your opponent had tampered with your connection your home internet service would’ve most likely been interrupted for several minutes to several hours depending on how strong the denial of service attack was. My guess is your service never went down and your experiencing issues with your service within your premises or in the service plant.

or maybe your ISP had scheduled maintenence to help make your already terrible internet even better (or worse)
