“Become the GM of your favorite MLB Team”

In my opinion don’t get me wrong I love MLB the show I think it’s the best sports game out there on the market. But let’s be honest I think they need to phrase that a bit better “become the GM” because in reality it’s not really a GM mode I mean you can’t create your GM like 2K. You can’t do nothing as the GM like NHL or 2K or Madden(not saying those games are better) but I would really love for SDS to make this mode like NHL OR 2K because you can literally do so much as a GM. I’m really hoping they do next year when they drop last gen consoles behind and just make it PS5 and Xbox series X.

I don’t think it’s the right phrase to use when you can’t become the GM. I thought this year they were going to add a little more to franchise than just the scouting and the scouting was a great addition but more is needed.

I hope someone from SDS reads this and gets the point.

One last thing I wanted to add is I read a article yesterday not sure how true it is I believe it 50/50 but EA is looking to make a come back in MLB and I’m hoping they do only because companies like SDS need competition to make the game better. If EA sports or any other company was around to compete with SDS I think SDS would be an amazing game it’s a good game now but it’s not amazing. And I’m not saying that because these things are missing from GM mode that’s one of the reasons but there’s a whole another topic like graphical improvement and gameplay improvement but let’s save that for another day.
