Quit cooldown is stupid!

I understand the spirit of this particular penalty , but it needs to be removed until you can figure out how to keep online game modes from freezing. Legit sitting here with a cool down penalty for leaving a frozen game. Remove it , or fix your game.

Got a 10 minute timeout after my first game of the day was a freeze off , played two and got my second 10 minute timeout in another freeze off. This is unacceptable
