Server outage stole my sell order off the market

I posted a card on the market right before servers crashed yesterday and now that order and card are both gone. Anyone think SDS would be willing to look into this? About a 90k hit for me in stubs! Smh

Right on for the reply. I submitted a ticket but haven’t got confirmation that I sent one in or not. I guess I just wait with my fingers crossed.

Took almost a week for a response earlier in the year about missing spins on extra xp.

Bummer. I hope they can resolve this sooner than later. Wouldn’t want the card to lose too much value if I ever get it back.

They probably will my card disappeared had Corbin Carrol 99 put him on market for sell servers went down then poof he is gone

Same thing happened to me with 196k buy order that disappeared in the crash and didn't get the stubs back..I'll just stick to offline if I even play for now

Yea put 99 trout and 99 Vladimir Sr on just before the crash and poof just vanished. I have so much time invested in this game, it's sad honestly.

Who said they won't do anything about it? I'd you had him for sale, and they can look to see on their end, they should give you the card back.
It just may take them awhile to answer your ticket.

I heard on average it takes them 3-5 days to respond. So let’s see
