Zone hitting is so unrealistic w timing. It's fake af

So I watch replays where the batter doesn't even flinch to make any swing motion until the ball is about 5-7 feet away from the plate at 100mph and is able to turn on it and launch the high inside fastball for a pulled home run. If they aren't starting their swing when the ball is 15-20 feet out at a minimum there is 0 chance of turning on the ball.

It's a huge problem w the game and the advantage only exists for zone hitters

I find for me hitting is harder for me to time than last year but also I haven't been practicing alot either tbh
