No there isn't... you'll have to go into the actual website but as far as the app you can only purchases pack.

Yeah, I can't believe they haven't monetized the app yet. Feels like a missed opportunity to milk more money out of us.

Cant you go to ps store on the apo buy them? Never tried but then again they aint getting my money.

you can't but you should be able to go to the site proper from your phone and buy the stubs.
