Why is my rating not going down after losing Ranked games?

It still seems to go up every time I win.

It won’t go any lower than all star

It confused me at first too, but you will revert back one this season of Ranked Seasons is over

You won't lose rating unless you're above 400 rating. Once you cross that threshold you lose points but cannot lose points if you dip below 400.
