Why do regular mini season over team affinity?

Is there any reason at all to do do the old mini season rather than the team affinity one? What am I missing here?

What Easy said, and also there are no restrictions on which cards you can use

No restrictions on roster and just a different mode to earn rewards/XP/PXP in.

It’s pretty nice. It’s basically a streamlined U.S.A. conquest map without all of the simming.

You would do regular if you had missions that you couldn't use the players in the other ones
