It will not give me my rewards and I never turned the PS4 off or closed the app but it still says this run cannot be validated. Any idea why?

Did you reset network settings or change network? Rebuild the database? Anything like that? A lot of people seem to be experiencing this same issue after having done some maintenance type things.

Literally it only happened once. Maybe twice but definitely not three times.
