How do you enter mini seasons?

Silly question, what button is pushed to enter mini seasons? I am at the menu but no matter what button I push it either restarts the season or shows me the rewards...thanks

X or the equivalent for Xbox. But you have to tap it lightly.

Exact same. Just tap it lightly. Sounds silly but think of it like a check swing. Why it’s set up that way? Your guess is as good as mine.
