Settings wont carry into DD

In the general settings, I have "Fielding Aids" turned ON, especially "CPU pitch suggestion." In DD In game, they're off and I have to keep turning them on. Any idea why those settings aren't set in DD games??

Well, my friend, since DD is a competitive mode, they do not allow those "aids" in this game mode. There is no way to have those settings turned on for DD.

Are you talking about offline DD or online (H2H) DD? Like @dap1234567890 mentioned; some settings aren't allowed in H2H modes that are allowed in offline modes. But if you're referring to offline modes try the following method because if you change them via Settings while in a game; sometimes they don't save.
Next time you fire up the game go into Settings and make sure they're turned on. If they are on; change something (maybe hitting from Zone if that's what you're using to Directional) and then back out behen it asks if you want to update/save select yes.
Then go back in and change your hitting back to Zone.
When you exit it will ask you to update.
Then enter a game and see if that worked.

I only play offline content and can confirm the same issue with Fielding Aids defaulting to Off for every conquest game, though it seems to function properly in moments. I opened a bug report for this as well as the extremely dim catcher recommendation indicator... so we'll see what comes of that.

I can't find the pitch suggestions in the settings. Where are they?

Yes Offline is the issue

Even if you change the settings while in a game, the pitching view when selecting a pitch changes around (broadcast views?) and doesn't stay on your selected view. For example, I use Outfield view. The view doesn't switch to Outfield view until after I've selected a pitch.
