Stick with player training because it is more realistic if you develop your player via training by increasing cap space for your player to progress in attributes. Draft combine should be added back but the draft combine games aren't really necessary because it depends on your draft stock. Another thing, draft should be realistic because if you have a good draft stock, don't pull an MLB The Show 20 and be an "A" potential in the 15th round. (Better than being 3rd round everytime you create a player in 21-22).

Nah, loadout can stay, especially if you continue to play multiple positions... I know I created a 1B/SP that would also DH and having the ability to switch through those three loadouts is clutch... saves time on swapping out perks and a punch of other things like equipment and the like.

I like the loadouts. One thing i wish they would remove from RTTS though is the stupid icons that pop up every single time you do something. I dont need to see plus signs or fist bumps every time i throw a runner out at first or make solid contact on a foul ball. That [censored] is annoying and really kills the immersion aspect of the mode for me.

I have mixed feelings about loadouts. But more importantly, they need to remove your ballplayer from DD mode. I know they won't because that's how they milk people dry with microtransactions, but that way you can create multiple players once you finish your player's career and can have a different player type every time.

believe it or not, that's not where the microtransactions come from... its the packs and only the packs... trust and believe no one is forking over real money for stubs to buy equipment for the Ballplayer... now if the old progression system was in play (like NBA 2K23 with VC for your MyPlayer) when you had to use stubs to upgrade your RTTS player then you they were making money off that but since they switched from stubs to upgrade the only microtransactions are from people buying stubs to get packs mostly or buying cards from out of the marketplace.
