Are the Devs the same as they were in 16 & 17? Those who know, know these were the last games that played the best. And yes the cover doesn't matter.

I don't know why you are so salty though, I have nothing against you at all, just pointing out why not point out stuff that actually matters instead of saying "Let's focus resources on gameplay not cover, when the two have nothing to do with each other.
