Just was involved in one that was triggered by a throw from left field to catcher.
Wonderful.
I realize most of the cards SDS releases are thought of in advance; but if they put half as much effort into trying to find a way to combat freeze offs as they did with releasing cards, or even supercharging players, then this game would be a whole lot better.

There's been freeze offs for as long as I've been playing this series. It's going to continue to happen as ling as they run on P2P for online games

I think it’s more surprising that it’s October about 17 years into the series life cycle and someone still expects freeze offs to get fixed.

I get about 1 a week. Your opponent isn’t doing it on purpose. Just quit if you want to play. Or wait it out if you care that much about your record

Most of the time your opponent isn't doing it on purpose. However, there have been methods used in the past to freeze the game intentionally, and I would be shocked if there isn't one that currently works. As long as there are digital rewards given out for wins, people who are scumbags wil do everything in their power to try to and scam their way to the top.
