Guys throwing 100 when they have half energy or no energy wtf. This game is just all arcade no skill

The only thing that energy changes is the control of the pitch. You can get away with throwing a no energy guy for 1-2 innings with certain guys (FOTF Miller, Milestone Nolan, etc.) - basically anyone that throws over 100.
