Old team logo still showing on uniform

I’ve never had this problem before, but if anybody has dealt with this issue and wants to share on what they did to fix it, is much appreciated. I recently created a new team logo everything saves just fine and even shows in game initially that is. The problem is once I turn the game off and then play again the old logo is still showing up on the hat ,uniform and team (coaches) jacket. Has anybody dealt with this issue before?
