Pack opening on the app

When opening packs on the app, if you get out of the app all of a sudden your choices disappear. Does anyone know where I can see what I assume was randomly selected for me? I just opened the free scouting report pack, had some real good choices and the app reset on me and everythings gone and the pack isnt avialable anymore.

It will be unopened and in your inventory on console.
