Question about 30 team Control

I want to start a franchise and have control over all 30 teams coaching tasks for line ups and rotations to override dumb decisions (Tony Gwynn batting 8th). I don’t care about scouting and GM tasks. But when I start it defaults to Baltimore (which I let the CPU auto manage everything) but I can’t set up the other29 teams to choose manual for coaching and auto for everything else.
Can this be done? Am I missing something? -
Nope you’re not missing anything. They screwed up true 30 team control

So basically what happens then? Does whatever I choose for the first team apply to the other 29 as well? I really want total control of 2 teams. So if I choose manual on coaching tasks but auto for scouting and GM.. can I override at will or will the CPU auto manage me out of the 2 teams I want total decision making on? Does that make sense?
