No Program progress fix. When?

As SDS tech support usually doesn't respond to formal tickets (zero response) in the ticketing system, I'd like to see if they'll acknowledge in the forum what, if anything they're doing to resolve the lack of program progress in RTTS and DD. This is annoying and should've been prioritized higher than the BS fluff in a lot of these patches.

I just starting experiencing the no program progress xp problem. I uninstalled and re-installed the game and it fixed it for me.

Are you referring to the screen that you can view after game by tabbing over from where it shows the XP/Stubs/Card(s)/Pack(s) you earned that game?
You can scroll down and see what progress was made on certain missions. Its the tab before the one you select to see the PXP for each player.

For me XP literally wasn't counting to the program path. I'd finish a vs CPU game and the bar didn't inch up a bit. Individual cards still gained parallel xp, but I couldn't progress in the program. So the uninstall and reinstall took care of that.

After each half inning, the game shows a message in the top left of the screen giving how much XP was earned that half inning. Are you guys not seeing that message either? I’d say if that doesn’t pop up after a half inning, then there is a definite problem.

Yeah. I'm waiting for something, anything, from SDS on either a potential fix or that they aren't concert about it.
But I'm now wondering if uninstalling and reinstalling the game could help.......

I've uninstalled and reinstalled 4 times and tried every bit of wizardry posted. Nothin works. Maybe in the show 2025?
