Daily XP Cap hit???

So I am rolling along doing the program moments and in the middle of the Fernando 6 strikeouts challenge a message pops up at 1:24 PST stating something like "daily XP Cap hit you can not earn program XP for 1hr 36min." I was only at 15,889 XP from noon till then. So I am supposed to not play till 3 PST because of 15,889 XP when you actually need to average over 40,000 XP per day to complete the program. Very strange. Time for a nap.

Yeah don't play in the morning on the day of a new program. After 2 years they still haven't figured out how to reset it at 3

That 15,889 was actually 31,778 in XP because there was Double XP until the new program dropped.
NEVER play the day of a new program, before the program drops, unless you need to hit a certain reward.
