Is it just me or does these things not work aswell as they did last year?
The only time they seem to work is when it's a perfect/perfect. lol

I haven't found those dynamic perks to be any good. I have ended up with a bunch of them for whatever reason and I've tried them out but I don't bother anymore. I just stack up on contact perks with the Anomaly archetype.
Although, I think the exit velocity boost for normal swing might be okay, but it's the only one. Like you say though, you have to get perfect perfect to make it work. The rest of them are pretty much trash.
