Best 5th pitcher in rotation??

I have 99 Randy, Mussina, Glavine, Keuchel, and in the 5th spot I have Ohtani. I don’t like Ohtani bc he gives up to many hits and his control is off for me. I’m looking for someone to replace him who should I use. My rating is 850 and I’m looking for a solid 5th to go into next game. Who should I try and pick up? I have enough Stubbs to get anyone.
