Analog pitching
-
I just tried analog pitching in practice mode for the first time ever, and I can't believe that I stuck with meter pitching for so long. After about 20 minutes of practice, I'm starting to get the timing down, and it seems like when I throw a perfect pitch, it goes exactly where I want it. Even back door sliders or curveballs in the dirt are going where I want them to, which was basically impossible for me on meter pitching, even with a perfect throw. It seemed like if I even attempted those pitches on meter that it was just gonna hang no matter what. Is analog really this good in actual gameplay, or is practice mode just giving me false hope?

Oops. I meant to put this in general discussions. My bad.

I do believe Analog pitching is still the best option and I've been using it for years. But online is a whole different ballgame, you will throw a lot of meatballs if you slightly miss your meter. You might even throw some if you hit your meter. Pitching is just weird this year.
