    Real question.
If that's the way you feel, if you think it's inevitable that SDS will take that path, why stick around?

Already quit playing DD, barely playing Online Rated...trust me, my game time is dwindling.

I loved this game on early access weekend and then they ruined it. Why? Can’t they have the decency to explain their reasons why? I bet if they did explain, a lot of us would just accept it and move forward. At least we would know what the game is and it would help not get frustrated when something happens in a game because it was explained to us to expect that to happen. But no, all they want to do is just monitor numbers and hide.

because the game was so easy a toddler could pick it up and hit a homerun, When I hit a no doubt HR without the PCI being even close to the ball there is a problem with hitting, they didn't change hitting to make it easier for casual's in fact they changed hitting to make the game somewhat of a challenge. It's clear you loved the 25-20 games with 45 solo homerun's but that's not baseball, sorry to burst your bubble.

Game winning triple. You were saying about how they made hitting a challenge?

And don’t start with the “real baseball talk” this is a video game in which user input should be the determining factor, not because the game wants to simulate what happens in real baseball.

After the first few days I was hitting .415.
Now I'm a WS player, I'd like to think I'm pretty decent, but I'm no Mcgunski or Rebel or any of that, me batting .415 means hitting was WAYYYYY to easy.

agreed, I think I hit .275 in over 400 RS games last year, this year I havent played a ton of RS about 30 games but I am still hitting over .300 and I am notorious for being a terrible hitter, now I may have improved but like you, I was well over .400 the first week or so of the season, so yes I would say hitting was way to easy. People need to learn to ignore the PCI feedback and just go by the sound of the bat, PCI feedback is useless and just adds to peoples frustrations. I started ignoring it about half way through last season and found myself enjoying the game and being less frustrated.

It’s A determining factor. There are many determining factors. Bat angle, launch angle, ball spin, wind, air density. These are all factors which are and should be factored in. Get over the “I hit ball, it go far” mentality. You don’t know what you’re talking about and it’s painfully obvious.

Hitting is still to easy, it was easy day 1, it was easy day 5 and it's still easy. The only people who are having trouble hitting are the ones who spend more time on the forums complaining than actually trying to get better at it.

No, I mean easy, way too easy. Maybe it being easy is fun for you, but it gets old pretty quick for me.

Game winning triple. You were saying about how they made hitting a challenge?

And don’t start with the “real baseball talk” this is a video game in which user input should be the determining factor, not because the game wants to simulate what happens in real baseball.

It’s A determining factor. There are many determining factors. Bat angle, launch angle, ball spin, wind, air density. These are all factors which are and should be factored in. Get over the “I hit ball, it go far” mentality. You don’t know what you’re talking about and it’s painfully obvious.

Lol, the PCI ain’t even touching the ball. I know it’s hard to think of something to say when you see the evidence right in front of you, but come on man. You honestly think that should of been a game winning hit?

The PCI is not the bat...The bat is what matters.

So we shouldn’t be trying to put the PCI on the ball?

Absolutely...but the PCI only represents part of the bat. If you don't hit the sweet spot, there's still a bat...How dense are you?

Will we all be on the same network? Like, will xbox players play against PS4 players?

Doubt it, but they ain’t going to make 2 different games.

And you're talking about how it's Joey Gallo, a man with outrageous power, so if you actually pay attention to the physics of a swing, it's completely possible that a man that strong could swing early, hit a ball outside of the sweet spot and still drive a ball to the fence.

So don't pretend if they came up with some answer that everybody would hold hands and accept it.

Please don’t speak like you know me personally, I would absolutely accept it and decide if I want to keep buying this game knowing the truth about it.

I'm not throwing insults, I'm pointing out how stupid you are. The PCI represents a part of the bat. What are you even talking about? You cannot possibly so freakin stupid. Let's break it down as simply as can be for your stupid, small little brain.

Batters in baseball use a bat. A bat is a piece of wood that players use to swing at the ball.

The bat has a sweet spot, or as Ted Williams (he's a famous baseball player from the 1940s) called it, "The Joy Spot." The Joy Spot represents a fraction of the bat, which, to repeat, is the tool that batters use in the game of baseball to hit the ball.

In MLB The Show, there is a PCI. That represents the sweet spot area of the bat (or the joy spot, I don't want to confuse you). In the game of baseball, if a ball is hit off of any part of the bat, it can be considered in play if it is between the foul lines. Sometimes, balls hit the end of the bat, or the handle. This often makes for weak contact, but sometimes, extraordinary things happen.

You have no idea how anything works. You just assume that because you can't bat over .500, the game is broken. What's worse is that you think SDS intentionally does it to you. Your crying is just that...crying. Go away, little boy.
