Is the mode messed up for anyone else? I have had no problems with it untill the second season came out. Now it's unhandled server errors and ghost records. How has this not been fixed?

Any advice would be great

Because it requires SDS to actually do something...

The first game I played at the beginning of the year gave me a loss for a win, and since then I've had no problems. I've completed 5 seasons without any issues.
