While some may like the aspect of having a collection that can keep you from doing some of the moments or missions; doing the collection AFTER you have to do most of those missions and moments negates it.

Plus once you get past the first stage, even though you can know figure out what Missions/Moments can be ignored, you need a Masters' degree in Statistics to get to figure it out.

If your going to require a collection; DONT have it set so you have can ignore certain Moments/Missions.

Just have it all tally to the EXACT amount of points.
