Google your monitor and look for input lag. The lower the better. Don't confuse it with response time, it's not the same thing.

That's impossible, you're looking at response time and not input lag. Like I said, it's not the same thing.

You can but you'd need a Leo Bodnar testing device. Best to look online for reviews from people who do extensive testing of monitors and hope they have tested your panel at some point.
