SD Studios aware of saving problems?

I'm having a lot of trouble with the vault. Sometimes downloading stadiums will freeze my game sometimes trying to upload stadiums freeze my game. I can't access a stadium that I saved from the vault either. Is SD studios aware of this problem? It's bad enough the game has little new to it, now it won't operate correctly. What the heck?
SIDE NOTE: I also contacted them for helping regarding a problem linking my switch game to my playstation account. I recieved an email that basically copied and pasted the FAQ answer.
Is anyone as disappointed in this version if the game as I am?

I'm having the same issue with freezing and the vault except it's every time I want to download a stadium.
Also very disappointed this year, I'm not even being rewarded XP for just playing games and they ignored my ticket last week.
